What you will do

• Originate, structure, and execute sustainability-based financing transactions for Wholesale clients in Australia and New Zealand.
• Act as Sustainability Coordinator on mandated processes to ensure compliance with internal governance and frameworks.
• Negotiate legal documentation regarding sustainability clauses and collaborate with second-party opinion providers.
• Prepare client presentations incorporating peer benchmarking, data analysis, and regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Build and maintain relationships with ESG agencies, sustainability working groups, and industry associations.
• Collaborate globally on climate risk, sustainable capital markets, and Food System Transitions.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Professional experience in food & agriculture, sustainability, or banking.
• Strong understanding of Sustainable Finance principles, guidelines, and current market developments.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects in a commercial environment.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with a focus on storytelling.
• Must hold valid work rights for Australia.
