What you will do

• Extend an existing foundation and deliver fast-moving improvements as the agentic AI space evolves
• Work with early adopter customers to build Agents Kit: an AI portfolio of modules and applications customers need
• Develop a platform with lasting strategic impact used by thousands of developers and millions of end users
• Deliver a hirify.global SDK by working full-stack across TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, CSS, and Java
• Investigate issues thoroughly and provide clear answers, prioritizing correctness over deadlines

Requirements

• Expert-level hirify.global skills with extensive knowledge of hirify.global best practices
• Comfort writing a Java method or custom widget independently
• Ability to learn new concepts and pick up new technologies based on task needs
• Ownership for work quality and its impact on others
• Familiarity with agile frameworks and collaboration tools such as Git
• Willingness to meet colleagues once or twice a week in a modern office in Munich

Nice to have

• Background in generative AI (education or work experience)
• Familiarity with MCP and/or A2A and other agent-building concepts
• Experience with Agents Kit and the Agent Editor in 11.9+
• Day-to-day experience with agentic development tools such as Claude Code
• Experience with generative AI services from cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google)
