What you will do

  • Lead strategic, end-to-end customer engagements from scoping and SOW definition to successful implementation and adoption.
  • Design and prototype tailored, scalable technical solutions utilizing APIs, webhooks, and CDP capabilities.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to C-level stakeholders, translating business objectives into technical blueprints and operational solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide evidence-based customer insights to inform the enterprise product roadmap.
  • Mentor peers and share best practices to elevate the overall quality and consistency of Professional Services delivery.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS Professional Services, implementation, or solution consulting.
  • Proven track record of leading complex enterprise-level projects, ideally in global environments.
  • Hands-on proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and general-purpose languages such as Node or Python.
  • Deep understanding of the martech landscape (Email, SMS, Mobile) and CDP architectures.
  • Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts clearly across various audiences.
