What you will do

• Conceive and create high-quality environment assets for AAA game titles.
• Implement solid art production pathways and troubleshoot technical risks.
• Direct and mentor junior team members to ensure artistic consistency.
• Manage art outsourcing and liaise with clients professionally.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver innovative visual experiences.
• Manage deadlines and budgets effectively within the production cycle.

Requirements

• Must be able to work fully onsite in Edinburgh, Scotland.
• At least 4+ years of experience in console development with 2+ shipped titles.
• Strong proficiency in Maya, Unreal Engine, Substance, and ZBrush.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication skills for directing teams.
• Experience in managing art production pathways and outsourcing.
• Artistic education to at least graduate level.

Nice to have

• Experience with environment lighting and scene composition.
• Background in mobile game projects.
• Experience with iterative development and rapid prototyping.
