What you will do

• Lead design initiatives in a high-impact domain, working across tribes and product lines.
• Manage the full design process from conceptualization and prototyping to validation and production-ready implementation.
• Integrate motion and micro-interaction design to elevate product quality and user engagement.
• Leverage research and data to articulate design decisions and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design systems and development partners to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Share insights and skills across the design chapter to influence broader product quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a consumer product designer in cross-functional teams.
• Extensive experience designing for Android, iOS, and web.
• Demonstrable expertise in motion and micro-interaction design.
• Portfolio showcasing user-centered design, complex problem-solving, and high attention to detail.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• BA in a UX-related field or equivalent practical experience.
