TL;DR
Senior Product Designer (Web3/DeFi): Designing transaction workflows, data displays, and user experiences for decentralized finance products with an accent on user-centered design, interaction design, and research-driven validation. Focus on translating insights into detailed product flows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring designers while building trustworthy experiences for global Web3 users.
Location: Singapore, Singapore. Applicants must have the current right to work in Singapore and must not require visa sponsorship from OKX.

What you will do
- Translate needs from Product, Engineering, and Marketing into comprehensive design deliverables.
- Design DeFi product workflows, interactions, features, and transaction experiences from research through execution.
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and research evaluations.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and leadership teams across Asia and internationally.
- Lead design reviews, presentations, and design thinking workshops while advocating for user needs.
- Mentor designers and use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain and advocate for design decisions.
- Experience collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, UX writers, and researchers.
- Strong understanding of critical thinking, user-centered design, experimentation, and research methods.
- Adaptability, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to validate designs independently.
- A diverse portfolio demonstrating design work throughout the career.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for fintech, investment platforms, or crypto products.
- Experience working across offices and time zones.
- Understanding of the React framework for front-end development.
- Experience facilitating design thinking workshops or design sprints.
