What you will do

• Create, maintain, and execute affiliate plans based on campaign initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign details and landing pages are up to date.
• Manage MIS/data reporting, metrics tracking, and monthly financial reporting deliverables.
• Review and optimize campaign execution procedures and user journeys for channel partners.
• Support local teams on business development initiatives, campaigns, and pitches.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve operational processes for partners and leadership.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a marketing or sales operations role.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese/Chinese (ability to read/understand Traditional Chinese is required).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and conversion drivers.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex quantitative analysis.
• Excellent planning, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Structured approach to capturing leads and solving operational challenges.

Nice to have

• Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency.
