What you will do
- Analyze market trends and customer requirements across automotive, industrial, and server applications.
- Define customer requirements, design targets, and datasheet parameters for power path products.
- Serve as the technical interface between customers and internal R&D, marketing, and development teams.
- Benchmark competing products by performance, cost, and features.
- Own the product roadmap, new product introduction pipeline, business cases, and return-on-investment analysis.
- Support product launches by collaborating with cross-functional teams and training marketing and field applications teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in applications, systems, or product definition engineering.
- Experience with power ICs, including load switches, eFuses, ideal diodes, or hot-swap controllers.
- Knowledge of automotive, industrial, or server power systems.
- Ability to translate system requirements into IC specifications, supported by strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
