What you will do

• Develop and support EDI integrations using Gentran iSeries (AS400) or similar EDI applications.
• Implement EDI mapping and trading partner integration workflows for B2B data exchange.
• Work with EDI transactions including 850, 855, 856, and 810.
• Provide production support: monitor data flows, handle failures, and manage AS400 job scheduling.
• Integrate EDI processes with ERP systems and support end-to-end workflow reliability.
• Use SQL queries in AS400 to support troubleshooting and data validation.

Requirements

• Location: must be based in Mexico
• 5–7 years of experience in EDI development and support.
• Hands-on experience with Gentran iSeries (AS400) (or similar EDI applications).
• Strong knowledge of EDI mapping development and implementation, including ANSI X12 standards.
• Experience with VAN connectivity and interconnects.
• Experience with AS400 job scheduler and data monitoring/failure handling.

Nice to have

• Experience with third-party VAN providers.
• Exposure to multiple EDI platforms or tools.
• Experience with multi-region B2B integrations (LATAM, North America).
• Knowledge of additional EDI standards or protocols.
• Ability to provide best-practice recommendations and communicate with stakeholders.
