What you will do

• Reimagine core People workflows including recruiting, onboarding, and performance management through an AI-first lens.
• Design and build AI-powered workflows, copilots, and agents to automate and augment People processes.
• Architect and implement system integrations across SaaS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, and Sana.
• Establish best practices for prompt engineering, LLM system design, versioning, security, and observability.
• Partner with Security, Legal, and Global IT to ensure compliant, ethical, and responsible AI deployment.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable technical AI solutions to drive operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering or data engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience building AI/ML or LLM-powered systems that deliver tangible business outcomes.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern APIs.
• Experience with LLM platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
• Proven ability to set technical direction and build 0→1 systems with organizational impact.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with People/HR systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Sana.
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms like n8n, Workato, or Zapier.
• Experience working in high-growth SaaS environments.
