What you will do

• Craft new interactive building blocks that engage learners and reinforce foundational concepts.
• Build clear, expressive APIs for learning designers and AI systems.
• Own technical implementation of learning experiences from idea to launch on cross-functional teams.
• Write simple, robust, readable code that teammates and future engineers can maintain and extend.
• Set high standards for candor, mutual accountability, and balance velocity with quality.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in web-focused software engineering.
• Experience in game development, animation, or interactive media (ideally).
• Strong motivation to build robust, maintainable, AI-interoperable software systems.
• Ability to write code that is simple enough for others (including interns) to understand and extend.
• Experience working with Elm, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and SVG (or equivalent).
