What you will do

• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment issues and perform root cause analysis to improve uptime.
• Serve as the equipment subject matter expert for assigned manufacturing systems.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance.
• Design, specify, and support the installation or modification of manufacturing systems.
• Develop and execute CQV protocols including authoring and reporting.
• Participate in investigations, deviations, and change controls related to equipment improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical or electrical engineering from an accredited university.
• 2+ years of experience supporting manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with CQV activities including protocol development and execution.
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and support extended hours as needed.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a cGMP environment.
• Experience with solid dose manufacturing (OSD, OSM, or ASOS) or parenteral fill operations.
• Familiarity with chromatography skids, tablet presses, or encapsulation machines.
