What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert in AI risk management, identifying and mitigating AI-related risks and supporting the enterprise AI governance program.
• Perform independent reviews and provide real-time risk advisory to IT stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Define and maintain IT risk and control standards, including the development of key risk indicators (KRI) and trend analysis.
• Lead IT risk identification activities, process reviews, and targeted risk and control assessments.
• Conduct root cause analysis of incidents to optimize controls and reduce risk exposure.
• Develop risk reporting materials and presentations for the Board and C-level management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
• 8-15 years of relevant experience in IT, IT audit, or IT risk management.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial services (Asset, Wealth, or Investment Management).
• In-depth knowledge of risk frameworks such as NIST, COBIT, ITIL, and ISO27000.
• Strong expertise in AI risk management and familiarity with eGRC solutions.
• Ability to work from Minnesota, USA.

• Master’s degree.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
• Specific certifications in cloud platforms or AI.
