Location: Hybrid (Berlin, Germany). Remote work available up to 2 days per week.

What you will do
- Coach and develop a team of Data Scientists and Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Guide the team in adopting modern AI tools and methodologies to optimize internal workflows and platform performance.
- Manage the data initiatives roadmap to ensure output translates into measurable business value.
- Partner with Engineering and Business stakeholders to build a reliable and accessible data ecosystem.
- Prioritize high-impact initiatives to solve mission-critical business problems.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing and developing data professionals in fast-paced environments.
- Practical experience with modern AI tools and a vision for automating analytical capabilities.
- Deep understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics, including supply, demand, and matching optimization.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical data work into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Solid background in data modeling, analytical methodologies, and experimentation.
