What you will do

• Act as the primary hirify.global of contact for homeowners via email, chat, and inbound calls.
• Educate customers on products and guide them through the application process.
• Respond to homeowner inquiries, concerns, and provide application status updates.
• Coordinate and book product calls for Account Managers and perform post-funding follow-ups.
• Handle underwriting requests and support various initiatives to increase conversion.
• Collaborate with an international team to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines (Hybrid role in BGC).
• 1+ year of customer service experience, ideally within financial services.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Availability to work non-standard hours (typically 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM).
