What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new client requests on priority accounts, aligning internal priorities and timing.
• Own and manage integrated project plans across all service lines.
• Plan and monitor resources, forecast workload/bandwidth, and proactively manage project budgets.
• Track hours and costs, raise budget red flags to finance, and escalate to management when needed.
• Manage and delegate tasks across team members using Wrike.com and/or a client-preferred PM tool.
• Lead ongoing process improvements to increase efficiency across the company.

Requirements

• US-based and able to work continental US based hours.
• Proven project management experience coordinating team members, vendors, and client stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with teams of 8–10+ people.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, Paid Media, Data Analytics, and UX.
• Strong proactive approach to anticipating issues, communicating clearly, and independently navigating tasks.
• Experience interfacing directly with client POCs at multiple levels and adapting communication accordingly.
