Salary: $110,400–$140,760

What you will do

• Perform business process analysis and define requirements for gap remediation.
• Design effective solutions for complex client issues in finance and operations.
• Act as the primary day-to-day relationship contact for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client problems and identify value-add opportunities.
• Support partners and senior managers on business development calls and proposals.
• Conduct cost and cycle time analysis to streamline client operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial management or consulting.
• Experience working in financial services in a consulting capacity.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative analysis and business case development.
• Working knowledge of Close-the-books, Chart-of-Accounts, Treasury, and FP&A.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
