What you will do
- Design, build, test, and ship high-quality features across the full stack using TypeScript, React, Ruby, and Go.
- Own critical product components that impact user experience, internal productivity, and revenue operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, data science, and sales teams to shape product direction.
- Operate and monitor systems with a focus on reliability, security, and performance.
- Contribute to team culture through mentorship, code reviews, and fostering an inclusive engineering environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of shipping complex systems.
- Full-stack proficiency with modern front-end frameworks like React/TypeScript and back-end technologies like Ruby, Go, or Node.js.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional work.
- Must be able to attend in-person onboarding in Tel Aviv.
Nice to have
- Experience with Rust, WebAssembly, or graphics rendering technologies.
- Prior work on extensibility platforms such as plugins, APIs, or widgets.
- Experience contributing to open-source developer communities.
- Passion for crafting elegant, maintainable architecture and excellent developer experiences.
