Agentic Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, test, deploy, operate, and modernize production-grade software using agentic engineering practices.
• Apply Agentic Delivery Lifecycle practices across requirements, architecture, coding, testing, security, releases, operations, and modernization.
• Direct, supervise, and validate agent-generated architecture, code, tests, documentation, runbooks, and deployment plans.
• Develop agentic engineering harnesses, evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, quality gates, and production-readiness criteria.
• Build reusable enterprise agents, skills, workflows, MCP integrations, and developer platform capabilities.
• Improve adoption, productivity, software quality, release frequency, and developer experience through automation and enablement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience building cloud-native applications with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of ADLC, CI/CD, DevOps, and software quality processes.
• Understanding of LLMs, RAG, tool calling, context management, memory management, and agent orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Code Agents, agent frameworks, evaluation harnesses, benchmarking systems, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
