Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

What you will do

• Own features end-to-end from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Build and maintain internal tools and platforms to increase developer productivity across engineering teams.
• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and data models that support multiple digital properties.
• Create intuitive frontend interfaces for internal tooling using React and Next.js.
• Partner with SRE and Infrastructure teams to ensure system reliability, observability, and fast incident response.
• Manage deployments via CI/CD pipelines, utilizing feature flags and staged rollouts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of React, state management, and responsive design principles.
• Solid experience building backend services, APIs, and database systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.

Nice to have

• Experience developing high-traffic platforms and event-driven distributed systems.
• Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth, JWT) and message queues like Kafka, SQS, or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with observability practices, A/B testing, and progressive rollout strategies.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
• Interest in integrating AI/ML capabilities into platform tooling and developer workflows.
