What you will do

• Understand business problems and structure analytical approaches to solve them.
• Prepare and pre-process datasets, then generate proof of concepts that improve business outcomes.
• Build and implement predictive models and analytical solutions using structured and unstructured data.
• Generate risk insights and communicate findings, implications, and model performance to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, ML/AI Ops, and IT teams to deploy models into production and monitor performance.

Requirements

• University education (Bachelor’s degree or higher).
• Ideal for fresh graduates or students finishing their degree.
• Working knowledge of Python and basic data science packages.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical and predictive modeling techniques (e.g., machine learning models, decision trees, regression, GLMs, SVMs, clustering, time series, survival analysis, neural networks).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate technical results for business audiences.
• English: B2 or better.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure and Databricks.
• Experience with SQL and other programming languages.
• Prior work experience in insurance.
