Location: Must be based in Mexico (Hybrid work model at hirify.global office).

Salary: $90,000 MXN gross per month.

What you will do

• Drive business decisions by extracting actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Design, build, and deploy machine learning and GenAI solutions on hyperscale cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, and Databricks.
• Select features and optimize ML techniques to improve product accuracy and performance.
• Implement MLOps practices to ensure scalable, reliable, and maintainable workflows.
• Collaborate with software developers and ML engineers to integrate analytical models into production.
• Communicate findings and data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Proven experience in ML model development and cloud ML deployment.
• Solid understanding of GenAI fundamentals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, research-oriented team environment.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or DSPy.
• Industry experience in the energy domain.
