What you will do

• Design, build, and validate causal models using advanced methodologies aligned with business context.
• Define causal estimation methodologies ensuring standards and best practices.
• Apply advanced statistical methods to identify and quantify causal relationships.
• Design and implement Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) to evaluate business strategies.
• Ensure robust experimental design and proper execution for reliable results.
• Prepare clear documentation and reports translating complex analyses for non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Location: Colombia
• 3–4 years experience in causal inference models, experimentation, and machine learning on experimental and observational data.
• Strong foundations in statistics, probability, and applied econometrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and PySpark with experience in relevant libraries and tools.
• Experience with Azure suite including Databricks and Azure DevOps.

• Proficiency with AI tools to optimize workflows and analysis.
• Understanding of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry challenges.
