What you will do

• Design and operationalize advanced LLM capabilities within a cloud-based analytics ecosystem.
• Own the architecture and strategy for fine-tuning, RAG, and agentic frameworks.
• Develop high-impact prototypes and oversee the evolution of scalable LLM pipelines.
• Ensure robust governance, security, and performance across all model implementations.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to drive AI transformation.
• Evaluate emerging LLM technologies and establish best practices for safe deployment.

Requirements

• Must pass U.S. Federal Government public trust clearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have lived in the U.S. for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Proven experience with LLMs, transformer architectures, and generative AI solutions.
• Strong Python programming skills for building and deploying AI/ML applications.
• Experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-agent systems and task automation.
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks and RLHF-style workflows.
• Expertise in advanced retrieval techniques like hybrid search or graph retrieval.
• Background in integrating LLM services with large-scale analytics environments like Databricks or Snowflake.
