Salary: $100,000–$155,000 USD

• Develop and execute compelling case strategies to drive successful outcomes.
• Independently manage all phases of litigation, including court appearances, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff across all experience levels to ensure high-quality representation.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients and nurture existing relationships.
• Mentor junior attorneys to support team growth and professional development.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar license in the state of Illinois.
• 3+ years of insurance defense experience.
• 1-8 years of solid litigation experience.
• Ability to work in the office 3 days a week in Northbrook, IL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and litigation billing systems.
