Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant (Cybersecurity)

Location: Must be based in Mexico (Remote)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end deployment, configuration, and operationalization of the Falcon platform for customers.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across diverse enterprise environments.
• Develop custom scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs to meet specific customer needs.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams to integrate CrowdStrike tools into existing infrastructure.
• Support Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with platform and forensics collector deployment.
• Travel up to 25% of the time to support customer engagements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT deployments or customer-facing technical environments.
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Experience in computer and network systems security.

Nice to have

• Experience with EDR/AV solutions and SIEM technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and compliance frameworks (PCI, HIPAA, STIGs).
• Experience with software deployment tools like SCCM, Puppet, or Chef.
