What you will do

• Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting for Falcon AI-powered detection and response capabilities.
• Optimize AI-driven threat detection models and automated response workflows, including tuning ML algorithms to reduce false positives.
• Develop and implement AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations.
• Use Falcon APIs to build scripting and application solutions that enhance AI capabilities.
• Interpret AI-generated alerts and findings; support incident response teams with AI-powered threat hunting and forensic analysis.
• Assist customers with integrating Falcon AI capabilities into existing security tools and workflows; deliver AI skills workshops and customer-facing AI collateral.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience performing IT deployments or working in an end-user/customer environment.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts in cybersecurity applications.
• Very knowledgeable in Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Experience with AI-powered security tools and platforms, plus security automation and orchestration platforms.
• Strong computer and network systems security knowledge and solid analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
