What you will do

• Develop and apply advanced analytical methodologies to intelligence problems.
• Design analytical frameworks, structured analytic techniques, and tradecraft standards.
• Conduct methodological research and evaluate analytical approaches.
• Train analysts on analytical methods and critical thinking.
• Assess analytical products for methodological rigor and bias.
• Collaborate with intelligence analysts to improve analytical processes and outcomes.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance.
• Master's degree (PhD preferred) in a relevant field.
• 8-12 years of intelligence analysis or methodological experience.
• Expertise in structured analytic techniques and intelligence tradecraft.
• Deep understanding of cognitive biases and analytical pitfalls.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
