What you will do

• Supervise daily F&B operations, including opening and closing duties and staff coordination.
• Monitor dining areas to ensure service quality, guest safety, and seating availability.
• Assist management with staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Manage inventory, storage organization, and supply requisitions using FIFO principles.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, attire, and professional conduct among the team.
• Address guest needs and resolve concerns promptly to ensure a premium experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Rome, Italy.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience in the hospitality industry.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
