Leader of GTM Technical & Product Execution Excellence (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with the SVP of Field Engineering and leadership teams to define organizational strategy, OKRs, metrics, and future operating models.
• Drive GTM product execution at scale across Product, Sales, Operations, and Field Engineering.
• Run inspection cadences and resolve pipeline, product, and execution gaps with regional and product teams.
• Shape Professional Services and Enablement strategies, including FDE, resourcing, and hiring models.
• Scale Professional Services and Enablement operations through AI, automation, and tooling.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across Strategy and Operations, Product, Sales, Finance, and People.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or technical leadership at high-growth technology companies.
• Deep understanding of Field Engineering organizations, enterprise solutions, and technology strategy.
• Experience defining strategy and executing at scale in complex technical organizations.
• Experience running centralized technical or operational functions and influencing distributed teams.
• Strong expertise in AI, automation, tooling, analytics, experimentation, and productivity improvement.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, collaboration, and cross-functional influence skills.
