Leader of GTM Technical & Product Execution Excellence (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with the SVP of Field Engineering and leadership teams to shape long-term strategy, operating models, and organizational priorities.
• Define OKRs and performance metrics, drive strategic planning, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Lead GTM product execution at scale across Product, Sales, Operations, and Field Engineering.
• Inspect execution cadence, identify pipeline and product gaps, and coordinate rapid issue resolution.
• Shape Professional Services and Enablement strategy, including FDE, resourcing, and hiring strategy.
• Use AI, automation, tooling, data, and experimentation to improve productivity and operational performance.

Requirements

• Deep technical understanding of Field Engineering organizations, enterprise solutions, and technology strategy.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or technical leadership at high-growth technology companies.
• Experience defining strategy and executing at scale in complex technical organizations.
• Experience running centralized technical or operational functions and influencing distributed teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, experimentation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, drive accountability, and collaborate across Product, Sales, Finance, People, and technical teams.
