What you will do

• Design and operate the internal AI platform, including model gateways, agent orchestration, and vector stores.
• Productionize AI infrastructure on GCP using Terraform and GitOps.
• Manage the agent lifecycle, including versioning, observability, and regression testing.
• Develop security guardrails to monitor and track AI usage across the organization.
• Maintain core infrastructure, including networking, security hardening, and incident response.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing DevOps workflows.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• 2+ years of dedicated experience with AI infrastructure in production environments.
• Practical experience with RAG and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Deep cloud experience with GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern LLM serving stacks.
• Experience building evaluation harnesses for LLMs and agentic systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI cost engineering, including caching strategies and model routing.
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks like LangChain or Google ADK.
