What you will do

• Test new features, bug fixes, and integrations across the EMR application.
• Review and validate French-Canadian translations for accuracy, terminology, and user flow.
• Create, maintain, and execute manual test cases to ensure product quality.
• Document defects, reproduction steps, and test results with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure features meet quality standards.
• Support regression and release testing activities in a regulated environment.

Requirements

• Fluent in French-Canadian and English (written and spoken).
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Experience with localization or multilingual software testing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in language and workflow.
• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Ability to work standard Canadian business hours (Eastern Time preferred).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with nephrology, EMR, or clinical patient management systems.
• Experience with Agile, Jira, and Xray.
• Understanding of regulated software environments like ISO 13485 or GDPR.
• Experience with API testing, database validation, or test automation tools like Selenium.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
