What you will do

• Perform QA testing of product releases prior to deployment to ensure stability.
• Conduct verification and validation testing to maintain product accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with Success and Support teams to troubleshoot and resolve clinic setup issues.
• Provide functional feedback and recommendations to Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Create and maintain detailed product documentation and testing materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a clinical medical dosimetrist or radiation therapist.
• Extensive experience in treatment planning, delivery, and plan validation across multiple modalities.
• Direct experience with radiation oncology billing requirements and workflows.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience using hirify.global products, particularly QuickCode.
• Prior experience in software quality assurance, verification, or validation.
• Experience in customer-facing support roles.
