TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine (Onsite role)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT issues in the Kyiv office, including hardware, software, and connectivity.
  • Configure and deploy laptops (macOS and Windows) and manage MDM enrollment.
  • Execute onboarding and offboarding tasks, including account provisioning and asset tracking.
  • Troubleshoot office network and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
  • Manage IT inventory and handle equipment procurement.
  • Process support requests via Jira Service Management and maintain technical documentation in Confluence.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Kyiv and able to work from the office full-time.
  • Basic understanding of networking (IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi).
  • Proficiency with macOS and Windows in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration.
  • Intermediate English proficiency required for technical documentation and global communication.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to document procedures clearly.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Okta, SSO, Jamf, or Intune.
  • Knowledge of CLI, scripting, or VPN (FortiNet).
  • Previous experience in a helpdesk role.
  • Relevant IT certifications or coursework.
