What you will do

• Architect and fine-tune key features of the Android application to ensure a seamless daily user experience.
• Optimize app performance and reliability to eliminate bottlenecks at scale.
• Collaborate with AI, Design, and Product teams to iterate on features based on real-world feedback.
• Lead the development of a new app architecture and modern UI implementation.
• Experiment with new ideas and ship features rapidly without bureaucratic overhead.
• Engage directly with the product by interacting with the AI companion.

Requirements

• Proven experience building or leading large-scale Android applications with complex user flows.
• Deep expertise in Kotlin, including coroutines, Jetpack Compose, and mobile architecture.
• Strong focus on performance, crash-free code, and high-quality UI/UX implementation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
• English: B2+ proficiency required for global communication.
• Experience collaborating effectively with product managers, designers, and AI experts.

• Prior experience in B2C organizations with high daily engagement.
• Exposure to conversational AI, gaming, or social platforms.
