TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Malaysia). Must be based in Malaysia and work from the office at least 3 days per week

What you will do
- Build and ship native Android features using Kotlin.
- Create intuitive mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, and other financial services.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
- Integrate backend APIs while ensuring stability, security, and reliability.
- Optimize app performance, focusing on crash rates, loading states, and memory usage.
- Develop AI-assisted mobile experiences that genuinely improve the user journey.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Android development experience using Kotlin.
- Strong proficiency in Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture.
- Proven experience shipping production apps and integrating REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of mobile UX, usability, and handling edge cases.
- Must be based in Malaysia with ability to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
