What you will do

• Manage daily physical security operations and act as the primary point of contact for Germany and Central Europe.
• Coordinate responses to security incidents in collaboration with HR, Legal, and local stakeholders.
• Oversee physical security projects, including hardware installation, maintenance, and access control upgrades.
• Build and maintain relationships with security suppliers and installation contractors to ensure service quality.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, HR, and local management to identify and address regional security needs.
• Contribute to global security initiatives and help develop scalable security processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German is required for daily communication with stakeholders and vendors.
• 3–5 years of experience in a physical security role with administrative or project management responsibilities.
• Generalist security background capable of handling both operational and project-based tasks independently.
• Proven experience coordinating with security vendors and suppliers.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve security issues independently.
• Curiosity and openness toward AI tools and technology.
