What you will do

• Develop and deliver strategic security initiatives in coordination with authorities and external stakeholders.
• Create structured risk assessments, situational insights, and executive briefings for strategic decision-making.
• Shape the Classified Information Protection framework (GHB) and serve as the Security Officer (SiBe).
• Lead the planning and execution of internal and external corporate security and classified information audits.
• Develop and optimize company-wide security policies to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Act as the primary security interface for IT, HR, Facility Management, and Compliance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in security management, law (security focus), criminology, or intelligence and security studies.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in corporate security, ideally within the defense industry.
• Solid knowledge of classified information protection regulations and national government compliance.
• Willingness to undergo national government security clearance is mandatory.
• Fluent Greek and very good English language skills.
