We're looking for a QA Team Lead to join a product-focused team building modern payment solutions. This is an opportunity to shape QA strategy, mentor engineers, drive automation, and ensure high-quality releases across mission-critical financial services.

📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus

🔹 What You'll Do
• Lead and grow a team of QA Engineers
• Define and improve QA processes, standards, and testing strategies
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple products and releases
• Drive test automation and increase coverage
• Perform backend and API testing
• Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Business teams
• Analyze logs and production issues using Grafana and Kibana
• Participate in release planning, risk analysis, and quality assurance initiatives

🔹 What We're Looking For
✅ 5+ years in Software Testing
✅ 2+ years in QA leadership roles
✅ Strong FinTech experience
✅ Hands-on automation testing experience
✅ Experience with Kotlin and Playwright
✅ Strong API and backend testing skills
✅ Experience with Grafana, Kibana, and monitoring tools
✅ Deep understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC/STLC
✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills

⭐ Nice to Have
• Payment systems expertise
• gRPC testing experience
• Event-driven architecture testing
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch
• Agile/Scrum product development experience
