💥 We're hiring a QA Tech Lead

💡 What you'll do:
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, driving quality practices across projects.
• Define and implement the quality strategy for complex product initiatives.
• Foster a culture of proactive quality ownership integrated early in development.
• Enhance QA processes and drive test automation strategies.
• Monitor quality metrics and partner with stakeholders on release decisions.

🎯 What we expect:
• Proven experience in leading QA teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong background in software testing methodologies and automation frameworks.
• Ability to define quality metrics and make quality decisions under ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ownership mindset and capability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience with high-scale consumer products and AI-assisted QA workflows.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and API testing tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
