What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of 4-6 remote QA engineers, ensuring product quality and timely delivery.
• Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies and risk-based QA processes.
• Perform manual and automated testing across API, UI, and E2E levels for company websites.
• Collaborate with development, design, and business teams to streamline product delivery and resolve issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans and strategies.
• Mentor and onboard new team members, fostering a culture of continuous knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of client-server architecture, testing methodologies, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience testing cross-platform web applications using REST API, Postman, and Swagger.
• Proficiency with autotest frameworks, GIT, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana and Coralogix.
• English proficiency level B1 or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript, Playwright, Node, or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with AI tools for quality assurance.
• Experience using proxy tools like Charles or Proxyman.
