Salary: $193,629 - $254,137 USD (base pay)

What you will do
- Provide clear, timely, solutions-oriented compliance guidance to Commercial and Medical business partners.
- Lead development of compliance policies, training, and communications; conduct live training sessions for business partners.
- Oversee processes and systems for engagement of HCPs/HCOs, including FMV and contracting.
- Review product materials and engagement requests to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging risks and enforcement trends; advise stakeholders on compliance risks tied to external engagements.
- Collaborate with Global Operations and compliance leadership to align compliance strategies and integrated efforts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of compliance and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Extensive experience advising Commercial and Medical Affairs.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare compliance and enforcement environment, including the False Claims Act, Anti-kickback Statute, anti-bribery considerations, and CDE rules and regulations.
- Understanding of how to operationalize OIG’s seven elements.
- Proven track record managing projects with significant stakeholder involvement in a global pharmaceutical company.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong integrity and ethical core values.
