What you will do

• Provide clear, timely, solutions-oriented compliance guidance to Commercial and Medical business partners.
• Lead development of compliance policies, training, and communications; conduct live training sessions for business partners.
• Oversee processes and systems for engagement of HCPs/HCOs, including FMV and contracting.
• Review product materials and engagement requests to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging risks and enforcement trends; advise stakeholders on compliance risks tied to external engagements.
• Collaborate with Global Operations and compliance leadership to align compliance strategies and integrated efforts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of compliance and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Extensive experience advising Commercial and Medical Affairs.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare compliance and enforcement environment, including the False Claims Act, Anti-kickback Statute, anti-bribery considerations, and CDE rules and regulations.
• Understanding of how to operationalize OIG’s seven elements.
• Proven track record managing projects with significant stakeholder involvement in a global pharmaceutical company.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong integrity and ethical core values.
