What you will do

• Capture and produce platform-native short-form content on-site in Phoenix, including filming, quick interviews, walkthroughs, and lifestyle-style shoots.
• Manage multiple client content calendars, write and publish on-brand captions, and schedule/QA content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Repurpose assets into native formats (Reels, TikToks, carousels) and translate real-world moments into culturally relevant social storytelling.
• Monitor trends daily, perform social listening, and proactively pitch content ideas and reactive opportunities for Gen Z and millennial audiences.
• Review analytics, surface insights, and optimize hooks, cadence, and messaging; support weekly and monthly reporting and quarterly planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during on-site capture and partner with remote strategists, creatives, and account teams for cohesive execution.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in social media management and/or content creation.
• Strong short-form video skills (filming, editing, and producing TikToks/Reels).
• Proficiency with mobile-first editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush).
• Deep understanding of social platforms, best practices, and algorithm-driven content behaviors.
• Excellent social copywriting with strong voice and audience nuance.
• Comfort with social analytics and translating performance data into actionable content recommendations.
