What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end privacy framework as a Second Line of Defence function.
• Oversee privacy and data risk assessments, including DPIAs and PIAs.
• Ensure regulatory alignment by interpreting and operationalizing UAE PDPL and CBUAE standards.
• Manage the full lifecycle of data privacy incidents, including investigation and remediation.
• Conduct privacy due diligence for vendors and cross-border data transfers.
• Provide structured governance oversight and reporting to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or IT risk management.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE PDPL and CBUAE regulatory expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Compliance, Risk, IT, or a related field.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and challenge constructively.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
