Senior Information Security Engineer (Cybersecurity): Ensuring organizational security rules are established and followed within a financial services environment with an accent on policy compliance, risk assessment, and framework implementation. Focus on assessing modern environments including cloud, DevSecOps, and microservices to translate technical risks into business impact.
Location: On-site in Dubai, UAE. Open only to UAE Nationals (family book holders).
Salary: 30,000 AED monthly

What you will do
- Ensure security rules, policies, standards, and frameworks are established and operational.
- Monitor and ensure team compliance with security policies and standards.
- Identify and remediate security risks and gaps within the organization.
- Translate technical security risks into tangible business impacts for leadership.
- Collaborate with auditors, risk teams, IT, and cloud engineers.
Requirements
- Must be a UAE National (family book holder).
- 5+ years of professional experience in information security.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and PCI.
- Experience assessing cloud, DevSecOps, APIs, and microservices.
- Ability to effectively communicate with Senior Leadership Teams (SLT).
