Information Security Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Manager – Information Security to lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity governance, information security operations, risk management, compliance, and cyber resilience initiatives within a leading government entity in Dubai. This role will focus on cybersecurity strategy, information security governance, risk management, security operations oversight, threat intelligence, audit readiness, business continuity, and enterprise-wide security transformation while ensuring alignment with government regulations and international security standards.

Key Requirements:
• 14+ years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Information Technology
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide Information Security programs and governance frameworks
• Strong experience in Cybersecurity Risk Management, Information Security Governance, and Compliance
• Experience managing Security Operations, Incident Response, and Security Monitoring functions
• Experience overseeing Vulnerability Assessments, Penetration Testing, and Security Audits
• Strong knowledge of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and security frameworks
• Experience managing Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Access Governance programs
• Experience developing security policies, standards, controls, and enterprise security strategies
• Strong stakeholder management and experience reporting to senior leadership teams
• Experience driving cyber resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery initiatives

Preferred Experience:
• Experience within Government, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure, Utilities, or Large Enterprise environments
• Experience leading Security Operations Center (SOC) teams and cyber incident management programs
• Knowledge of Dubai ISR, ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, NIST, or similar security frameworks
• Experience managing enterprise cybersecurity transformation initiatives
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, ITIL, or COBIT
