What you will do

• Design and maintain backend services using C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
• Develop and evolve SOAP and REST APIs following best practices and versioning standards.
• Ensure service reliability through unit/integration testing and root-cause analysis.
• Implement software design patterns to facilitate integration between various systems.
• Mentor junior team members and conduct professional code reviews.
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows to enhance overall development efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong production experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Proficiency in ADO.NET and SQL Server, including database design and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP, RESTful services, and XML serialization.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns and backend best practices.
• Advanced/fluent English proficiency for collaboration with multicultural teams.
• Must be based in Colombia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with specification-driven development and agentic SDLC approaches.
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
