What you will do

  • Own Facebook UA for web funnels across the core dating portfolio (e.g., Dating.com / DateMyAge), with primary focus on USA + Tier-1.
  • Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns; manage typical monthly spend per channel in the $200k–$300k+ range.
  • Build and maintain account/BM structures and operational hygiene (tracking setup, domains, whitelists, payment flow, basic infrastructure).
  • Run a structured creative testing loop: hypotheses → iterations → learning → scaling.
  • Improve automation via rules/scripts and integrations with 3rd-party automation tools; document best practices to scale reliably.

Requirements

  • Senior hands-on Facebook UA background for web/B2C with proven experience in the USA + Tier-1 (CIS-only experience is not a fit).
  • Budget ownership at the $100k+/month level (ideally closer to $200k+/month) with performance thinking (CPA/ROAS/LTV, scaling logic).
  • Strong grasp of Facebook best practices: structure, scaling, bidding, measurement, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to operate in a role that is ~70–80% execution and ~20–30% channel leadership.
  • Experience (or solid exposure) to automation and practical understanding of AI/creative iteration workflows.
