TL;DR
Network Planning Team Member (Network Planning): Delivering complex network change and acting as the technical interface into the Converged Core Platform with an accent on capacity planning, service flow understanding, and data-driven service improvement. Focus on fault diagnostics, call tracing, process automation/robot maintenance, and improving end-to-end service journey outcomes through proactive problem management.

What you will do
- Execute complex network change using change management best practices and governance.
- Manage stakeholder and demand expectations through cross-area engagement.
- Build technical capability through continued learning and Tech Pathways.
- Use planning tools and techniques to create capacity plans and support provisioning across the Converged Core Platform.
- Proactively identify service improvements and deliver problem management improvements to enhance customer experience (including improved MTTP).
- Drive process automation and maintain robots; perform fault diagnostics and call tracing using Nokia Service Router (SR) knowledge.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of the 21C network.
- Extensive experience of network technologies and protocols within the native domain.
- Ability to understand Converged Core Platform architecture, service flow, and how customers consume products.
- Good knowledge of BT Converged Core Platform, service journeys, and operating models/processes.
- Highly experienced in call tracing and fault diagnostics; good knowledge of Nokia Service Router (SR).
- Confident, professional communication with stakeholders at all levels, including Senior Management Team members.
