What you will do

• Lead technical sales activities across EMEA and the Americas.
• Collaborate with hyperscale customer organizations to define and document technical requirements.
• Develop and present technical solutions to meet customer needs, coordinating with internal Finance, Design, Construction, and Operations teams.
• Act as the primary responder and manager for customer RFPs.
• Ensure technical accuracy in lease contracts and validate compliance during delivery.
• Provide subject matter expertise on design and drive market strategy and innovation.

Requirements

• Experience in capturing and defining technical requirements for hyperscale customers.
• Background in Electrical, Mechanical, Network, or Operational datacenter experience.
• Expertise in the Design, Construction, and operational lifecycle of data centers.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into deliverable requirements for various stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing business-critical infrastructure.
• Must be based in the USA and available for global travel.
